Emily Tipton founded Gem City Sips in 2025 with a passion for elevating the art of bartending and creating memorable experiences for her community. As a proud Palatka resident, wife, and mom of two, Emily understands the importance of celebrating life's special moments with excellence and care.
With years of professional bartending experience, Emily has honed her craft and developed a deep appreciation for the art of mixology. She created Gem City Sips to bring that expertise and personal touch to every event—from intimate gatherings to large celebrations.
